This practice is excellent. From the first greeting at reception to the dental nurse and dentist, the practice is top class in all areas. Since the Virus outbreak they have sought to update us on the progress and sought to give relief as soon as possible to our dental problems. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I've always been happy with the appointments. Staff are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Always answer emails quickly. Give reminders via text and email. Clean and tidy practice. Dental nurses always friendly and kind. Outstanding response to covid changes. Been going here for 9 years.

Excellent procedures in place to protect staff and patients. All explained prior to visit and during visit. Dentist was thorough and explained how I can improve dental hygiene to protect teeth.

Having to live in a wheelchair and damaged teeth due to medication over the last 7 years, Tonbridge Dentistry has given me a boost in self-confidence. I offered a treatment plan, even though there has been a delay due to CoVid-19, the plan is complete. The staff are friendly, caring and understanding especially the fact I am wheelchair bound. They were exceptional with social distancing. I would highly recommend Tonbridge Dentistry to others especially those who have Mobility issues such as myself. One is always welcomed with a friendly smile, that takes away any anxiety.

My first visit since Covid 19 - Tonbridge Dentistry was following all the health & safety recommendations. I am in the 'high clinical risk category' so this was a great relief. My excellent dentist quickly identified the reason why I had been unable to wear my dentures because of pain in my gum and I have another appointment next week for further treatment.

I'm always happy with the treatment at the practice.All of the staff are friendly,professional,helpful,and knowledgeable.They always send reminders of appointments.My dentist gives detailed advice and explains everything.

I have been shielding during the lock down and have only just had it lifted. I'm a bit nervous of visiting places but this dentist practice put me at ease from start to finish. Friendly, helpful staff and excellent PPE and hygiene procedures in place as well as the usual high standard of care. No need for me to worry if I need to visit again. Well done to all staff involved.

Receptionist, as always, very helpful and recently went out of her way to get me seen when I had a problem during lockdown. The dentists, practice nurses and hygienist I have seen at the practice have all been extremely helpful and put me at my ease. I am a very nervous patient and by the end of my treatment I have always come home relaxed and happy. Would strongly recommend them.

Despite the Covid, I was given a new date in reasonable time. During my appointment, the lovely dentist explained everything in detail, cannot ask for more. Really appreciate the practice taking so much effort to keep us safe with washing hands facility, sanitizing during our visit. Thank you for your wonderful service.

I was very nervous about going to the dentist under the present circumstances. However, all the precautions were in place and the staff cheerful and reassuring. Only had a checkup but was happy with everything.

All reception staff are very helpful and do a very good job. I have seen 3 dentists recently due to emergencies and was always fitted in. These dentists were all very professional, did a good job and were kind as well as being painfree!!

Excellent service both pre and during visit. Friendly and efficient staff with top rate hygiene and PPE in place. I feel lucky to be a patient here!

I loath going to the dentist & get very anxious about it but the practice staff & my dentist made me feel at ease & explained everything which certainly helped relieve any anxieties. I also felt very safe due to the fact they were very careful with their measures to prevent Covid 19 transmission.

I have trigeminal neuralgia which in turn has given me a phobia of sitting in the dental chair. I cannot thank all of the amazing staff here as I do not feel nearly as anxious or scared to go! Thank you so much

As someone who is very nervous of dentists I can honestly say from receptionists, nurses and dentist they put me totally at ease. I would recommend them without doubt.
